For the Child in All of Us
Launchmode Design Co. is built on a simple belief: imagination has the power to inspire, connect, and bring more joy into the world.
From toys and games to consumer products, art, and immersive experiences, Launchmode brings imaginative ideas to life through design, storytelling, and play. We create work that sparks curiosity, builds emotional connections, and turns ideas into experiences people can see, feel, play with, and remember.
Working alongside brands, creative teams, and partners around the world, Launchmode brings together diverse perspectives, creative expertise, and a shared passion for creating something meaningful—whether it’s a product held in your hands or an experience that surrounds you.
At its heart, Launchmode is about creating work that sparks joy and inspires imagination, reminding us that growing older should never mean growing out of wonder.
Because the greatest ideas aren’t simply designed—they’re imagined, shared, and brought to life with purpose.
EUGENIA (EUGI) CHEN
FOUNDER / PRINCIPAL DESIGNER
For Eugi, creativity is about more than making things look beautiful—it's about keeping the wonder of childhood alive and inspiring the child in all of us. Through illustration, storytelling, products, and immersive experiences, she strives to create meaningful work that sparks imagination, encourages creativity, and brings people together through moments of joy, discovery, and play.
For more than 20 years, Eugi has partnered with talented artists, clients, global brands, and creative collaborators to bring stories, products, and experiences to life. She loves building alongside others, bringing different perspectives together, and finding creative solutions that inspire, connect, and leave a lasting impact.
The best work doesn't happen alone—it grows through open collaboration, shared passion, and a willingness to explore new possibilities from different perspectives.
At the heart of every project is a simple goal: to create work that brings a little more imagination, joy, and wonder into the world.
