Eugenia's design career began at the ripe old age of 8 drawing comics and painting cartoon characters shirts to sell to her classmates. As an entertainment illustrator from Pasadena Art Center and co-owned C2C Studio Inc for 10 years, she has designed and managed toys and themed entertainment projects for major brands like Walt Disney Imagineering, Hasbro, Spin Master, Universal Creative, and Google. Clients count on her and her ability to construct a team to come up with creative solutions unique to each project and execute under the hardest circumstances.

She also has a strong interest in business management and became a 10KSB alumni, a business program for selected small business owners designed by Babson College sponsored by Goldman Sachs.
Eugenia always start strategizing by identifying each brand's "pain points and sweet spots". She believes "analyzation shapes reason, reason leads to decision, and decision drives the result. If your result is bad, then your analyzation is off." This belief was the inspiration behind the name "Launchmode".

Since a young age, Barbara is one of the lucky ones with both sides of the brain: Crazy creative, yet extremely business minded. It is no wonder that she obtained a design degree from Parsons School of Design after an economics degree from UC San Diego.
During her years as a fashion designer in New York, she has designed apparels for boutique stores and apparels sold at Bloomingdales and Macy's, with designs featured in People's Magazine. After years in the fashion industry, she brought her sharp sense of trends to the constantly shifting toys and consumer products industries and co-founded Launchmode Design Co. If she is not counting pennies and managing clients' and design team's fantasies, she is coming up with amazing creative ideas, researching and planning behind the scene for projects.
Collecting toys and keep them in mint condition in storage until she turns 65.
